At Dolce Glow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products. Due to the nature of our beauty and tanning formulas, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
